litigation. Practicing in the Supreme Court of India and various High
Courts in India since 1976 and had over 5,000 appearances before the
Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts in India.
Advocate-on-Record for State of Rajasthan in the Supreme Court of India
1990 -1999. Appeared in anti-dumping and several arbitration cases
related to national and international agreements. Has widely traveled
and litigated for clients in Singapore and USA. Life Member of the
Indian Law Institute.
Former Vice President SCAORA (Supreme Court Advocate on Record
Association 2000-2002), former Hony. Secretary of the Supreme Court Bar
Association (1995-96), member of Delhi High Court Bar Association,

Founder and President of the Law Information Centre. Appointed Chairman
(1994-95) by Chief Justice of India of a team of Honorary Research
Scholars entrusted with the work of editing Supreme Court Reports, the
official Law Reports of the Supreme Court of India. Additional
